The New Testament is filled with stories of people whose lives were radically changed after they had a personal encounter with Jesus, men and women from different situations and from different walks of life who went from darkness to light, from despair to hope, and from outcast to beloved.

This book brings to life twenty-one of those transformative encounters through the use of story and a series of exciting new pictures created specifically for this project by artist Chris Koelle.

This three-week journey is designed to be used by individuals, small groups, Sunday school classes, and book clubs. It will speak to new Christians as well as to mature believers and to anyone who is earnestly seeking the truth.

Our hope is these encounters will help you to better see the real Jesus, perhaps for the very first time, and so may lead you to have your own encounter with the Risen Lord.
