Ephesians 4:29 urges, "Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths, but only what is helpful for building others up according to their needs, that it may benefit those who listen." Motivated by this verse, and using a few words and sports imagery, Brian Oxley describes a variety of perspectives on reaching out beyond oneself and encouraging others. Sports require action, and Brian wants to inspire us to be active in lifting people up.
